
Royal Ascot has recently been added to the ever-growing list of clients of the WAM (Workflow Asset Management) System developed a number of years ago by Empresa in partnership with Halo Leisure. The WAM system is a web based application that combines an inventory of an organisations assets with a maintenance scheduling tool to help ensure the optimum efficiency for excellent operational service. It also provides reactive and proactive tools for the management of site inspections, plus the recording and tracking of defects and problems. The system is continually evolving to help keep on track with industry developments and we will soon be launching a native mobile application to allow for usage of WAM in more remote areas and an offline mode for where communication signals are more problematic.
Royal Ascot becomes the 41
st client to join and the WAM system and will now benefit from this ever evolving and improving online management service. Some of our other WAM partnership clients include Holiday Inn Express, SLM, GLL, Active Nation and Everyone Active among many others.
